Temporary licenses – updated. Temporary licenses that were issued during the pandemic emergency have expired and Dr. Locke is no longer able to treat patients in those states. If you are in treatment with Dr. Locke and you are in a state other than the ones listed above, you will need to transfer your care to another physician licensed where you live or arrange for your psychiatrist to request a consultation from Dr. Locke.
