Talk Therapy (Psychotherapy)
Talk therapies include: individual therapies, couples therapy and group therapy. There are also different types of individual therapies, including behavioral therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Interpersonal Therapy.
