Cleaning one’s room can sometimes feel like an impossible task. After weeks, months or even years of putting it off, just the thought of cleaning could exhaust someone. Dr. N. Brad Schmidt, a research professor of psychology at Florida State University says it isn’t laziness, but extreme physical and mental fatigue that keeps people from taking care of their surroundings.
