SCHEDULE A PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION

I personally manage all new patient appointments and would be happy to assist you. To schedule a visit, please call me directly at 508-343-0001. If I am unavailable, you may leave a confidential voicemail, and I will return your call within one business day. Kindly provide the best time to reach you, along with any additional details about your needs. At this time, new patient visits are typically scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your care.

Schedule a consultation

My practice is now fully virtual, and I am pleased to offer consultations and treatment through a secure and confidential telehealth platform. Some states permit residents to be treated via telepsychiatry by psychiatrists licensed in other states; other states allow me to see you in consultation, requiring a referral from your doctor. If you are interested in working with me, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we can confirm availability for your location.
To get started, please email my office manager at office@drstevenlocke.com or fill out our secure HIPAA-compliant Pre-onboarding Form to initiate the consultation process directly.
